Part 2: Investment contracts, Dr. Ingo Schneider, Icadia Legal

This part deals with legal aspects and the basics of an investment contract. Overall, the topic of investor readiness is dealt with in a practically relevant way from the perspective of an investor and from a legal point of view. Anyone who has asked themselves questions about approaching investors, initial negotiations and financing rounds will get answers here.

After this workshop (from 13:00 to 16:00), we will hold an individual investor consultation with Louis Heinz from HTGF. Teams supported by the Science&Startups network (esp. Berlin Startup Scholarship, EXIST) can register for the consultation session via the Virtual Incubator about 2 weeks before the workshop.
