Pitching for Competences
You want to work for a startup or even co-found one? Well, here is an offer you might not be able to refuse: Join one of our portfolio startups and get ready to change the world (or some industries, at least).
Join “Pitching for Competences” to get to know innovative startups from the incubators of our partner universities FU, HU, TU and Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, that are looking for co-founders, employees or interns.
Participating Startups will be announced in advance to the event
Let’s be frank – you probably will get paid more in a corporate environment, but as a wise credit card commercial once said: “There are some things money can’t buy” such as the feeling of true personal ownership, being a part of a small, dedicated team and building a company from scratch.
No need for a CV, just bring three hours of your time, your curiosity and get ready for a roller-coaster ride that can offer you incredible career experiences and teach you invaluable life lessons! Sit back and enjoy how startups compete for your favor in the format of a pitch. You get the opportunity to get to know the vision of the teams and ask your questions. Afterwards, you will have the chance to network with the startups and participants.
Why joining the event? – additiveStream says: “Pitching for Competences was a success for us on several levels. In addition to a potential co-founder, we got to know other interesting people who are now strengthening our network and may also be considered as team members in the future.” The Buddy App team is happy that “at Pitching for Competences, we found a third founder who shares our passion and is a great fit for our team to bring our idea to life“.
