Aneta Bärwolf
Board Science & Startups
Aneta Bärwolf heads SHIFT, Freie Universität Berlin's startup and technology transfer center. As a member of the Science & Startups Advisory Board, she brings her expertise in startup and financing consulting as well as IP-based transfer projects.
Florian Frank
Board, Science & Startups
Florian is a bi-qualified lawyer in Germany and Spain. He heads the Innovation & Legal Division, the Technology Transfer Office at Technische Universität Berlin.
Volker Hofmann
Board, Science & Startups
Volker Hofmann leads Humboldt-Innovation GmbH, the Humboldt-Universitäts startup service. As an alumnus of Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin himself, he is a member of various innovation support networks at the state and federal level. As a member of the Science & Startups Advisory Board, he brings expertise across knowledge and technology transfer, startup support, research cooperation, and consulting.
Lydia Tetzner
Head of Community Offers & Programs
Lydia Tetzner leads the development and implementation of startup programs at Science & Startups. With experience across national and international higher-education contexts, she focuses on building structured, goal-oriented programs that support founders in reaching market readiness and scaling their ventures.
Dauaride Empere
Head of Startup Consultancy
Dauaride Empere works with founders at the point where ideas need to become real. Drawing on experience across energy, transportation, and services, he helps teams structure, validate, and scale their ventures. As Head of Startup Consultancy, his focus is on enabling founders to make informed decisions early and build startups that last.
Sarah Bidoli
Coordinator Berliner Startup Stipendium
Sarah Bidoli supports startups in bringing structure to early-stage ideas and securing the resources they need to move forward. She works closely with founders within the Berliner Startup Stipendium, helping them stay focused and turn their ideas into viable solutions.
Anna Figoluschka
Senior Startup Consultant
Anna Figoluschka supports startups with a strong focus on implementation. Combining analytical thinking with hands-on startup experience, she helps founders translate ideas into concrete next steps and move their ventures forward.
Katja Brunner
Senior Startup Consultant
Katja Brunner works with founders translating ideas from science into real-world ventures — especially supporting female founders in navigating early-stage challenges.
