As a former founder himself, Martin Kern supports startups in navigating the challenges of building a venture from idea to market. As a startup consultant, he draws on his experience to help teams make informed decisions and move their projects forward.

Lydia Tetzner
Head of Community Offers & Programs
Lydia Tetzner leads the development and implementation of startup programs at Science & Startups. With experience across national and international higher-education contexts, she focuses on building structured, goal-oriented programs that support founders in reaching market readiness and scaling their ventures.

Dr. Kristina Fajga
Reporting & Quality Management
Dr. Kristina Fajga supports startups in defining, measuring and strengthening their social and environmental impact. She works with founders to build strategies that enable sustainable growth and long-term impact.

Katja Brunner
Senior Startup Consultant
Katja Brunner works with founders translating ideas from science into real-world ventures — especially supporting female founders in navigating early-stage challenges. As Senior Startup Consultant, she focuses on building strong foundations, enabling access to the right networks, and creating pathways to funding and growth.

Katharina Heinrich
Startup Consultant
Katharina Heinrich works with early-stage founders to turn ideas into viable business concepts. As Launchpad Manager Latin America and Startup Consultant, she brings experience in business design and innovation to support teams with the right methods, networks, and structure.

Florian is a bi-qualified lawyer in Germany and Spain. He heads the Innovation & Legal Division, the Technology Transfer Office at Technische Universität Berlin.
