With experience across national and international higher-education contexts, she focuses on building structured, goal-oriented programs that support founders in reaching market readiness and scaling their ventures.

Dr. Kristina Fajga supports startups in defining, measuring and strengthening their social and environmental impact. She works with founders to build strategies that enable sustainable growth and long-term impact.

Katja Brunner works with founders translating ideas from science into real-world ventures — especially supporting female founders in navigating early-stage challenges.
