Felix WIllems manages the xG-Incubator Launchpad at Science & Startups, supporting deep-tech founders in turning research into viable ventures. With a PhD in Physics and hands-on entrepreneurial experience, he bridges science, funding, and execution helping teams navigate complexity and move forward with confidence.

Startup Consultant
Diana Matz works with founders to turn innovative ideas into real-world applications. She is particularly skilled at unpacking complex problems and helping teams identify the next steps that matter. As a Startup Consultant, she supports early-stage ventures in building clarity and momentum.

Diana Bauer brings extensive experience from nearly two decades at Technische Universität Berlin, with deep insight into the university’s startup landscape and alumni network.
