Launchpad Manager
Ole Senkbeil works with startups building sustainable technological innovations. Drawing on experience across startups, SMEs and corporates, he focuses on improving structures, addressing key challenges, and enabling the right connections to support long-term success.
Ronja Kolls
Social Media & Communications
Ronja Kolls leads communications and marketing at Science & Startups. Her work focuses on making research-driven innovation understandable, increasing the visibility of university-based startups and positioning Science & Startups within Berlin’s deep tech and science entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Julius Weber
Startup Consultant
Julius Weber supports research-driven startup teams, particularly in healthcare and prevention, in developing viable business models and preparing for launch. He works closely with founders to navigate early-stage challenges and build a strong foundation for their ventures.

Dr. Kristina Fajga supports startups in defining, measuring and strengthening their social and environmental impact. She works with founders to build strategies that enable sustainable growth and long-term impact.
André Nikolski
Co-Director Leap
André works on strategic projects at Science & Startups, including initiatives like LEAP, Berlin’s first coworking and event space for quantum technology innovators. He focuses on creating environments that enable collaboration, innovation and effective ways of working within startup programs.
Felix Willems
Cluster Manager xG-Incubator
Felix WIllems manages the xG-Incubator Launchpad at Science & Startups, supporting deep-tech founders in turning research into viable ventures. With a PhD in Physics and hands-on entrepreneurial experience, he bridges science, funding, and execution helping teams navigate complexity and move forward with confidence.
Philipp Heinicke
Startup Consultant
Philipp Heinicke supports startup teams and connects them with the full Science & Startups network. He combines a deep understanding of public-sector support structures with the mindset of lean startups — acting as both a trusted sparring partner and a critical outside perspective.
