From the business idea to the business model
- 09.10.2023 at 09:30 - 12:30 / Onsite
- held by Olaf Stichtenoth
- module: General
- level: Advanced
IMPORTANT: Only for teams supported by the Science&Startups network (esp. Berlin Startup Scholarship, EXIST).
Location: TU Berlin, Coworking Space EINS/Room BH-N 008, Ernst-Reuter-Platz 1, 10587 Berlin
Language: This workshop will be held in German but questions can be asked and answered in English as well.
In this workshop we will work on the basics to parameterise and model your own business model. This will give the participants the opportunity to find out which assumptions their business model depends on and how a change in these assumptions influences the business model.
Building on the workshop, participants should be able to model their own business model and develop a realistic scenario showing the capital needed to build their own business.
On the basis of the financial modelling, the discussion of critical investor questions will become much more relaxed.
Speaker: Olaf Stichtenoth, Stichtenoth and Partner – Digital Business Models
On 10.10.2023, start-ups supported by the Science&Startups network will have the opportunity to discuss further questions with the speaker during an individual online consultation (usually 30 minutes per team). CfE teams can register for the consultation hour via the Virtual Incubator. Scholarship holders from the FU/HU/Charité who are interested in a consultation session should contact us by e-mail: a.bartczak-gingold@tu-berlin.de
