Effective usability and a positive user experience (UX) play critical roles in the success of products. Product development that neglects user needs will eventually result in dissatisfied users and rejection, placing the company at a competitive disadvantage.
Successful software products can only be created through a dialogue with prospective users and with consideration of the entire context of use.
In this hands-on workshop participants will grasp the theoretical basics, apply the learned methods in practical exercises, and learn how to apply them to your own projects.
Content of the workshop:
- Methodological input: i.a. Analysis methods, conception methods and usability testing as an evaluation method
- Preparation for the application of the chosen methods, e.g., usability testing
- Conclusion & open questions
- Planning individual consultation hours
