ADVANCED Workshop: Registration is only possible for members of start-ups or teams in the founding process (TU Berlin & other Berlin universities).

Location: Online (Access information will usually be emailed to registered participants one day before the workshop)

Language: This workshop will be held in German, communication in English is also possible.

Decisive factors for successful products are good usability and a positive user experience (UX). Product development that does not take the needs of users into account will sooner or later lead to dissatisfaction and rejection on the part of the user and to competitive disadvantages on the part of the company. Only in dialogue with future users and with consideration of the entire context of use can excellent software products be created.

In this hands-on workshop you will familiarise yourself with the theoretical basics, try out the methods you have learned in practical exercises and learn to apply them to your own projects.

Methodological input: e.g. methods of analysis, conceptual design and usability testing as a method of evaluation.
Preparation of own method application, e.g. usability test
Conclusion & open questions
Planning of individual consultation sessions
