Language: This workshop will be held in German, communication in English is also possible.
In this workshop, a persona is developed in small groups based on an exemplary context of use after the theoretical basics of the method have been taught.Through the practical exercise, in which a persona is created for a concrete use case from the reality of a company, the participants get to know the method and the tools and tricks required for this in a practical way.
