The aim of the workshop is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the key legal aspects of investment deals in the start-up landscape. Particular attention will be paid to the following key issues:

• What types of investment instruments are typically available for start-ups?
• What is the investment process?
• What are the contents and characteristics of investment instruments?
• What types of employee participation exist?
